The 1530 combine harvester pickup spring is a steel spring working in the combine harvester group. It is made to the dimensions of the original part.
Where it works
A pickup spring presses the tine into the crop and lets it flex back on impact. Because it takes a blow every revolution it is among the fastest-fatiguing items in the group; once the leg angle widens the tine no longer lifts the stubble cleanly.
Combine pickup springs run continuously through long harvest days. Because the cycle count is high, fatigue advances faster here than on any other agricultural machine.

How it is made
Coiling, tempering, end grinding, coating and packing all happen in our own plant in Biga; no step is outsourced. The coiling line works in the 0.20–40 mm wire range. Tempering after coiling is never skipped — a spring coiled without stress relief loses its free length in the first season.
