Baler Springs
We manufacture every steel spring that works in the pickup, fork, pad, rake and latch groups of a baler. From hairpin clips to bale release springs, from ratchet compression springs to counter clock springs, each item is made to the original dimensions.
About Baler Springs
Among agricultural machines, the baler carries the most springs. Pickup tines, the needle and knotter mechanism, the pad compression group, the safety wedge, the wire box and the rake comb bar — each demands a different spring character. This group in our catalogue covers all of those mechanisms.
Most springs here work under impact loading: a pickup tine strikes the stubble on every revolution, the knotter makes a full stroke on every bale. What matters is not static strength but fatigue life. That is why tempering after coiling is never skipped — a spring coiled without stress relief loses its length in the first season and bale density drops.
Production takes the wire diameter, body dimensions, winding direction and leg form of the original part exactly. For most items a photograph of your old spring, or the machine make and model, is enough.
Which machines it fits
The springs in this group are produced to the original dimensions of the machine brands below. If your brand is not listed, we still produce from a sample or from dimensions.

Photographs from production

How it is made
Every step after coiling happens in our own plant; nothing is outsourced. This shortens lead times and keeps quality responsibility in one pair of hands.
CNC spring coiling
Formed in the 0.20–40 mm wire range.
Tempering
Stress is relieved and elasticity becomes permanent.
End grinding
Seating faces are flattened on compression springs.
Galvanizing
Surface protection against corrosion.
Packaging
Domestic and international logistics included.
FAQ
When should a baler pickup spring be replaced?
When the leg angle has opened up compared with the original, when the free length has shortened permanently, or when the tip shows clear wear. If pickup performance has dropped and the tines no longer lift the stubble cleanly, the spring is fatigued.
Can it be used in place of the original spring?
Yes. Springs are produced to the wire diameter, body dimensions, winding direction and leg form of the original part; they fit without modifying the machine.
I do not have a sample — can I still order?
The machine make, model and the name of the part are enough for most items. Where there is doubt, a photograph of the old spring next to a ruler settles it.
What coating options are available?
Galvanized coating against corrosion is applied as standard. For the hay rake and rake springs in our catalogue we also produce silver, gold and black coated versions.
Can you make a baler spring that is not on the list?
Yes. Our coiling line works in the 0.20–40 mm wire range and can form without tooling dependency. Just send the dimensions through the quote form.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes — packaging and logistics are handled in our own plant, and we ship both domestically and internationally.

Cannot find the spring you need?
We produce to your dimensions in the 0.20–40 mm wire range, with no tooling dependency. A sample, a technical drawing, or simply a photograph of the old spring is enough.
